ive had the worst luck trying to find someone to do some work on my house… there were no shows or horrible price changes in the middle of the work.. i had a friend recommend David from Meriddius Construction and i called him.. he got back to me right away and came to look at the work i needed..his prices were great and i hired him.. the work was completed in the time frame we discussed.. David gave us helpful solution driven advice with different price options. He provided us with a time frame for each project and was able to deliver 98% of the time. When he couldn’t, he called and was able to do what he promised within 24 hours AND on budget! Dave and his crew were very conscientious of the fact that we were still living in our home while the renovations were taking place. Meriddius team was quiet and always cleaned up before leaving the house for the day. And best of all, David’s work was meticulous! We couldn’t be happier with the renovations and we couldn’t have been luckier to have found Meriddius Construction to help update our home!

Not only did Merridius provide the lowest price for a long punch list of things we needed done around the house, but it was all done within a very tight time frame.  David and his crew were very professional and always courteous.  There is a real sense of pride that he takes in his work and it shows throughout our house.  Highly recommended.

A few months ago we were pretty tense. It was the middle of winter and we had a leaking roof that needed immediate attention. We had just been blown off by two contractors who promised us the world but then never showed up. And then came David & Meriddius…

David immediately put us at ease. He showed up as promised, to inspect our roof (in winter weather) and gave us an honest assesment of what had to be done and why. His quote for the work was competitive and when the day came for him to start, a week later, he was there bright and early…AND ON TIME!

David and his team ended up replacing our entire roof and we were so impressed with him and his team, that we asked him to stay on to do more work. His team installed tin ceilings throughout our downstairs, put up crown molding, painted, cemented our basement and fixed a number of other things along the way. When we had a concern, he reacted IMMEDIATELY!

His attention to detail is amazing and we were very grateful for the fact that he worked clean and made every effort to minimize dust and mess (especially since we have 3 small children). We have never met another contractor who stands behind their work as strongly as David . We highly recommend David Lionheart and Meriddius Construction.
